What is your shipping policy?

We are able to ship your new puppy anywhere in the country, from major airport to major airport. We work closely with you, our courier, and the airlines to ensure that your puppies trip is stress-free. 

We will contact you to discuss flight and delivery arrangements.  We ship via major airlines to major airports. Cost is usually $350 and includes airfare, crate and vet health certificate. 

Alternatively, you may pick up your puppy in person from our Mississippi farm.

What's the purchasing process like?

Here on our website, you'll find photos of the puppies that we have available, as well as information about upcoming litters that will be ready soon. We ask for $150 deposit to get on a waiting list or to hold a particular pup. Balance is due at pick up or 5 days before shipping. A deposit may be transferred to another puppy or litter. The deposit is non-refundable, unless we are unable to fulfill the request. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

What is your return policy?

Purchasing a puppy is a life-changing decision that shouldn't be taken lightly. If this is your family's first puppy, we'll have a conversation about what raising a border collie takes to make sure we're all on the same page. 

Please have your puppy checked by your vet within one week of pick up. Should your vet find a life threatening congenital defect, we will refund your money or replace the puppy when one is available. Should you wish to return the puppy for any other reason, every effort will be made to resell it. Any money received from that sale, minus $150, will be returned at that point. Should your puppy die before 1 yr old due to a congenital disorder, we will replace the puppy when one is available. You are responsible for all shipping charges.  

HEALTH GUARANTEE: We guarantee that pups leave our premises healthy. If there is any issue, we notify the customer before pup is delivered. We guarantee against genetic issues for one year from birth.
